IOL Cutter Tip is attached to the phaco machine and uses ultra sound energy to cut the IOL easily ( like slicing through butter)

The forceps (made of hardened steel) is used to hold the IOL firmly and exert counter pressure.

Cut the IOL into slivers and remove without extending the wound
